Wedding Ceremony Booking Agreement
This document is a letter of agreement between the wedding couple and myself, Rev. Tim Lolley, Blue Mountain Weddings, and no other parties. After your initial meeting with me, in person or by telephone, a $100 officiating deposit is due in order to book and confirm your Wedding Ceremony date. I recommend you pay the deposit as soon as possible to lock in your date and time. This deposit is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the wedding fee.

The terms and conditions of this letter of agreement are in effect and a date reserved for you once this form and the appropriate deposit is received. You may submit this form by internet (talolley@msn.com) or postal mail (PO Box 9009, Asheville, NC 28815). The deposit can be sent through Venmo (@Tim-Lolley) or mailed to the address below.
The ceremony fee to be paid is either $375.00 or $450.00, depending on your selection of a Wedding Package. Payment for deposit or ceremony fee can be sent to Venmo account (@Tim-Lolley) or a check can be sent and made payable to Tim Lolley. Balances are due at least one week prior to the ceremony.
The following rules apply:
1. This letter of agreement is contingent upon my having received a COMPLETE Wedding Ceremony Booking Agreement (this form) as well as a $100 non-refundable deposit (to be applied to final fee).
2. Any unpaid balance of the agreed upon donation for officiating services must be paid PRIOR to the start of the ceremony. No ceremony will be officiated without payment in full.
3. Any additional travel or accommodations costs (outside of Buncombe County) need to be discussed and paid for prior to the Wedding Ceremony.
